About the Role
As an On-Site Estimator at KOM USA, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them find the right solutions for their residential and commercial projects. You'll meet with customers, assess project requirements, prepare accurate estimates, present proposals, and coordinate closely with the Project Manager to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
Responsibilities
Meet with prospective clients on-site or remotely.
Assess project requirements and gather project information.
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
Review plans, measurements, photos, and project specifications.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and subcontractors.
Track pricing and material costs.
Present proposals and answer client questions.
Follow up with customers and help convert leads into completed projects.
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Experience in sales, estimating, construction, or a related trade preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to understand project requirements and customer needs.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and estimating software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience estimating multiple service trades.
Knowledge of residential and commercial property maintenance.
Familiarity with scheduling and project coordination.
Experience working with subcontractors and clients.
Bilingual is a plus.
