About the Role
Join KOM USA as a Project Manager and lead the successful planning, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial projects across a wide range of service divisions. Working closely with clients, sales representatives, subcontractors, and field teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
Supervise and support the Sales Representative during the estimating and proposal process.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and overall performance.
Communicate regularly with clients and provide project updates.
Resolve project issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Conduct project site visits and quality inspections as needed.
Requirements
Experience managing construction, maintenance, or property service projects preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and field personnel.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing projects across multiple service trades.
Knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.
Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination.
Experience supervising sales or estimating personnel.
Bilingual is a plus.
